Can be used with KS3 and 4, this sheet asks for their views on the best bits of the year, what they liked the least, where they feel they learn the most (skills/knowledge) their proudest moments along with areas for improvement. It should should prompt independent reflection as well as give teachers a steer on how students feel they are learning. Great as a tool for Department Self Evaluation.
