Student folder name label template

This is a simple, free, publisher template for a Manila envelope style folder. It can be used for any subject where a folder needs to have a named label. The template has two labels on one page of A4. There is space to put the student name, a photograph and spaces for the children to add the class they are in. If the folder is kept over a number of years, the child can put his or her new class into a new box each year. The name and space for the photograph can be entered using publisher or just printed blank and filled in by the student. Faculty or school logos can be added if required. Once printed, simply cut out and stick onto the Manila folder.
