Subject Target Setting

This resource template shall help the teachers to encourage students to set targets of achievement in their subject. The teachers discuss with their students the final percentage they have achieved the preceding year to help the students set subject targets for themselves.
The students also write their study plan to achieve their set targets
At the end of a term / semester the teacher along with her student analyze the performance and set higher target for the next semester.
Very motivational and high order skill for the students of grades 6 to 12!
