Each lesson has clear learning objectives and outcomes following a warm-up, development/composition, and game structure with teaching points and progressions.
Topics covered include: running with the ball, identifying and utilising space, tagging, passing & receiving, attacking, defending and game skills. Each lesson introduces new rule that can be applied during the small-sided games, which culminates in full games in week 6 with pupils taking on officiating responsibilities.
