Taiga forests; Biotic and abiotic features

This is a GCSE lesson on the taiga forests. The lesson starts by covering the location, climate and basic characteristics of the taiga forests. It then develops to cover the biotic and abiotic relationships in a taiga and plant and animal adaptations. It is suitable for all specification but specifically designed for the Edexcel B specs, Paper 3; Forests under Threat. Key facts about the lesson are:
