Target dart template

My kids colour them lightly, name them and then they are laminated. We write own their 'personal' targets on, things they have chosen for themselves to work on during the half term/term using whiteboard pens. We then date it. I have a large target board on a section of the classroom wall.The darts surround the target board and we move closer to the bulls-eye when we've seen it. Once they have reached the middle they get a certificate and then write a new target, date it and put back on the outside. Adults in the classroom have a personal target too. We encourage each other on them.
