This is a ten-panel comic strip that aims to guide students through the process of testing food samples for starch, simple sugars, lipids, and proteins. The comic strip can be used as a helpful tool to answer the questions on the worksheet, and the worksheet answers are provided.

I assigned this task as a pre-lesson activity so that students can become familiar with the experiment before they carry it out themselves.

Individual panels could be cut up and turned into a card sort activity.
