Uzbekistan has to change its Corporate Strategy by diversifying it is production toward deep reprocessing of natural gas, broadening of retail business, and partnership with foreign companies. “Uzbekneftegas” JSC stake on development of natural gas in recent perspectives will give the competitive advantage and enables to increase its current market value. Diversification of some part of natural gas export to LNG format will enlarge Uzbekistan competitive opportunities in the export of energy resources.
