A concise introduction to the Cold War which begins with a source analysis of Churchill’s Iron Curtain Speech before assessing the human/political/economic and additional consequences of the Second World War. Students will then build their understanding of Cold War tension with the use of sources, maps and additional resources.
All resources have been adapted for SEN and EAL students, as well as students of a higher ability skill-set.
Optional Task - Requires Understanding of the Modern World AQA GCSE Textbook by David Ferriby. However, this is not mandatory.
