My dear Reader,
This lesson is the seventh one of set on American West. ; It looks at the Gold Rush of 1849. It aims to have students matching knowledge on theMormons with a set of exam questions.
All lessons have a same-model structure to get the students taught in a coherent manner, and always understand where they are at in their learning:
First slide- understanding why the Mormons were disliked and persecuted.
Second slide understanding the dangers and consequences of their journey.
Third slide evaluating their success with exam questions.
All tasks are assessed.
An extension task is completed.
The resources are at the end of the Power Point.
