I developed the revision clock whilst working in a secondary Bracknell in the mid 2010s. My original concept was focused upon the idea that every exam hall includes a clock, which would be a visual prompt for those who needed one. It was originally designed to support English Lit. students with remembering quotations, but is clearly adaptable to all subjects.

This revision clock - the Original Revision Clock - includes further boxes for other information and is designed to be printed onto A3 double-sided. It can then be folded from landscape into three portrait oriented panels, hole-punched and kept in a folder.

To achieve this, firstly the sheet should be folded along the 12 to 6 axis of the clock so that the two halves of the clock face are against each other. Next the Focus panel should be folded back along its left-hand edge so that it becomes the front. In this way it becomes a title page.

All text can be edited to be subject appropriate. This example is set up to focus on Lady Macbeth.

I hope this is helpful.

I have been pleasantly surprised to see in on-line postings just how much the clock is being used.
