I was expecting a chapter to be included. For children to be able to respond to questions, it would be easier to have a copy of the text in front of them. I don't have 31 copies or even 6 to work in a group to be able to do this effectively. Waste of £2 unfortunately. Only a small amount but I don't have time to type up a chapter or any of the text unfortunately.
