A lesson looking at where the Prince appears in Act 1 Scene 1. Students focus on the language used to determine the importance of his warning. Students answer key questions, consider his feelings and structure a response to a key question. There is also a creative writing activity on the PowerPoint dealing with this section to provide an alternative approach to the extract. My students really engaged with this extract and enjoyed looking at how the language showed the Prince's feelings.
