At the risk of reinventing the wheel, here’s my take on a concise worksheet to introduce and practise the verb sein to KS3 beginners.
Some knowledge of family members vocabulary is assumed; other TL is provided in brackets to allow for greater focus on the grammar!

- switching between nouns and pronouns
- gap fill and translation into English
- full sentence translation into German
