Total Strategy 1977 - 1989 - Botha and South Africa LESSON

This is a lesson on PW Botha’s Total Strategy policy programme of 1978 - 1989 designed for the Edexcel Y12 South Africa course (apartheid state to rainbow nation). It looks at what Total Strategy was, how it was a response to the conspiracy of ‘Total Onslaught’ and its different features. It includes source analysis tasks with the O’Malley text on it included and a range of notes and activities with the relevant photocopies of page numbers etc.
