Treaty of Versailles

This is the first lesson in a unit for WW2, aimed at year 9 mixed ability. This unit can follow on from either a WW1 unit or a Holocaust unit. This gives a recap of how WW1 ended, explores the terms of the Treaty and who the Big Three were. Final task allows students to explore the employability skill of writing a journalist report, this gives students the opportunity to write a piece of extended writing in a creative way. Alternatively the final task could be set as a homework task.
