This is a set of 10 stations requiring students to determine unknown side lengths or angles. QR codes are provided on each station for students to check their answers. Our students also needed extra practice identifying the proper sides of a triangle so that is included as well on 5 stations. We had our students start with these 5 first to make sure their understanding of triangle sides was adequate.
This lesson was a resounding success on reviewing and practicing unknown side lengths and angles. Students were required to use sine, cosine and tangent. They will also need to know the inverse functions to solve for the unknown angles.
