A set of two lessons following Tu étais comment? Dynamo 3 Module 3.1. Lessons begin by briefly reviewing how to form common verbs in the nous form . Lesson progresses by introducing the imperfect tense and allows students opportunity to practice through a mini whiteboard activity and connect 4 game. New knowledge and skills using imperfect are consolidated through a range of activities from the book enhanced with support and challenge activities, a sorting activity, a differentiated translation (Fr-Eng), a stepped translation activity (Eng-Fr) and an extended writing task with success criteria to facilitate self assessment.
