Hi,
Thanks for reviewing. The absolute uncertainty is actually +/- one division, as it has uncertainty of +/- half division at zero and +/- 1/2 division at the reading value, making the total absolute uncertainty +/- 1 division, which in the case of the meter is +/- 0.2V. Thermometers and measuring cylinders are examples of two instruments where the uncertainty is +/- 1/2 division, since they don't have a zero reading.
