Very disappointed. You tube links don't work and PowerPoint is not up to date. Much of the legislation in the specifications is out of date. No mention that the Equality Act 2010 replaced the disability discrimination act in this power point. Enduring power of attorneys may still be out there but since 2007 the newly issued ones are the lasting power of attorneys, this is not explained. Deprivation of liberty has been superseded by LPS Liberty Protection Safeguards. Hoping for a quick resource - this PowerPoint will need a lot of work for me to make it right.
