Urban Environments resources bundle for IB Diploma, A Level and other Post 16 Geography courses.

This bundle of resources contains all the resources needed to teach Option G: Urban Environments for Part One of the** IB Diploma Geography** course. These resources would also be suitable for Urban options of **A Level ** Geography courses. The resources are not sold separately. There are 22 separate resources so the cost is less than £1 per resource. The resources are suitable for both Higher Level and Standard Level students. The presentations provide a useful resource for the teacher to communicate the key content and concepts of the course and provide plenty of opportunities for questioning and discussions. The activities give students the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively and to conduct their own research on case studies they can chose themselves.
Bratislava has been used as a case study in the first task. It is an interesting choice, as it is a very dynamic city where urban processes of change are very visible. Users could use Bratislava or take the format of the resources and adapt it to their chosen city. Other case studies include Detroit, Shanghai, Mumbai, Dhaka, Lagos and Nairobi.
