Weekly Student Reading Log Template

Check out this simple and student-friendly template for students to track their reading. This can either be used at home or in school or both. Students will record the title of their book, their start and stop time, and then, most importantly, will write a short summary about what they read. This is a great way to improve comprehension and ensure focus during reading, all while improving writing. There is a space on the far end for students to initial if you choose to have it used at home.
