This is a full lesson pack covering pre-trial - types of offences, plea-bargaining and bail. Trial - types of criminal court - Magistrates, Crown, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court.

The bundle includes PowerPoint, Student Workbook, Literacy and assessment handout and detailed teacher notes / lesson plan. Once the lesson is completed the workbook can be used in the Unit 3 Controlled Assessment.
