Wonder - A full scheme of work for English, KS3, based on the novel.

This is a full scheme of work, including resources, assessments for Wonder.
Each lesson has clear starter activities, development, main tasks and then plenaries and links with chapters within the novel.

Activities include the following:
Reading comprehension based on Treacher Collins Syndrome
Writing letters, emails, messages
Writing from different perspectives - characters, objects
Descriptive Writing
Narrative Narrative
Analysing quotations from the novel and writing PEEL / PEERL paragraphs

Resources are always included at the end of each lesson within the powerpoint to print. This was taught with Year 7 but would be applicable to KS2 or Year 8 classes, depending upon ability.
