This is a series of books aimed at young children and practitioners to help develop communication and language skills, particularly joining words together (usually associated with children around 18 months, unless there is a delay in their development).

The guide is really useful for practitioners to find out about how to support language development and the easy to share children’s books are beautifully illustrated, rhythmical and encourage repetition from young children. They can also be used to support early literacy development and reading.

Written by Kate Freeman who is a specialist speech and language therapist and consultant, these books are available as a series or individually, ranging from £9.99 to £49.
