This is a fun collaborative and co-operative learning activity for World Cup geography skills to help children discover facts about countries, team emblems,capital cities and famous landmarks.
It helps children look at physical geography and is entirely editable, to replace with whichever teams/information you wish to focus on. All pictures are from royalty free clipart.
There is also an extension activity idea.
It is aimed at KS1 and KS2 (it can be simplified or added to to makes it more difficult/easy). I will be using it as part of my end of term activities.
