This is a short unit of work, designed with Year 8 in mind, to introduce the skills needed for GCSE Language Paper 2 Section B. It begins with lots of discussion tasks, around various topics such as social media, the news and education for students to develop their argument skills verbally, before committing to paper. There is also a strong literacy focus with this unit.
