A staff meeting regarding enjoyable activities to teach spelling, punctuation and grammar.

This pack provides all resources needed for an hour-long staff meeting about activities to use in class for teaching spelling, punctuation and grammar. Your staff team will look at examples of SPaG questions from SATs, reflect about the SPaG requirements for their year group and how they have been covered, complete a grammar terminology activity, take part in whole group grammar activities and then try out several fun grammar activities on their tables. I delivered this meeting to a large staff team and received a round of applause!

Included:

- requirement activity
- terminology activity
- spelling strategies
- grammar activities to demonstrate to team (x7)
- grammar activities for staff to participate in on tables (x5)
- 10 files to download
