For children who really struggle to think of words when describing landscapes, transport, animals etc. This sheet is a quick revision map of various adjectives that can be used across a range of writing prompts.
Particularly useful for children with dyslexia or autism who struggle to think of adjectives in their writing. Perhaps they are given a photo of a mountain and asked to write sentences to do with the picture, with this sheet they could find synonyms for ‘big’ and also look at words to do with ‘landscapes’ or ‘weather’. This sheet would enable them to be more independent in their writing without a different prompt sheet for different tasks.
