In this folder you will find 3 worksheets, centered around super heroes and super powers. The children will gain an understanding about Christian teachings and why God created humans the way he did, as a reflect upon himself. The children should be encouraged to think about the following tecahings: God values everyone (Matthew 6.26); Jesus blesses the children (Matthew 19, Mark 10, Luke 18); David praises God’s creation and how each person is special in it (Psalm 8).

Worksheet 1: The children will design a super hero logo to show their own super power. They then must label parts of their logo.
Work sheet 2: The children will label their super hero (attach a picture of the childs face to the worksheet to make it even more personal!) of the possible super powers that God might want Christians to have (selflessness, bravery, kindness, generous, helpful ect). Then write some sentences at the bottom using the handwriting lines about their own super power and how they could use it for the greater good.

Worksheet 3: The children will create their own comic strip of their own super hero using their super power in action. They will write some sentences to accompany each drawing of the comic strip.
