Year 5 Guided Reading records linked to NAHT outcomes/Classroom Monitor

This year 5 pack has guided reading recording sheets for groups of up to 7 children. The outcomes at the top of the sheet display which NAHT outcome the sheet is assessing against and below this are some sample questions for the teacher to ask the group. There are also examples of what a child ‘working towards expected’; ‘working at expected level’ and ‘exceeding’ looks like. In the recording section below, there is space for a date to be recorded next to the assessment ‘level’ that matches the classroom monitor objectives.
