Year 5 or 6 - Spellings and Dictation - For Whole Year (Overview)

This resource is for Year 5 or Year 6 classes. It contains different spelling rules and statutory spellings required to be spelt accurately across Year 5 and 6. With each weekly spellings there are 10 spellings and a dictation which includes 5 of the 10 words.

There are spellings for each half term, for a full academic year (with the mindset that no spellings may be set over some holidays).

This is the overview document version which is useful for teachers to have so they can see which spelling rules are taught and you could have pinned up in the classroom.
