These escape rooms are a fun way for students to revise and improve their knowledge of resultant forces, Hooke’s law, turning forces and pressure. There are questions, problems, and puzzle solutions that require content knowledge in addition to unique & fun “escape room thinking.”
Students are required to find and solve a series of clues (involving keywords or calculations) to get the 6 digit code for the safe that will break them out of Mr Pascal’s laboratory. There are 6 rooms with 3/4 questions per room.
This activity is aimed at Apply/Extend students and should take around an hour to complete.
This resource includes-
Student record sheet (including link to a website that contains the escape room which can be accessed on any PC or mobile device)
