Australian Landmarks Bingo Game - Up to 32 Players - Natural / Built - Geography
This resource is a 39 page PDF document which contains an Australian Landmarks Bingo Game Set.
There are 32 game boards, each one different so that up to 32 students can play at once. You could even have 33 students playing if one student was to take on the role of the Bingo Caller. Each bingo card features 25 squares with various natural and built Australian landmarks.
The game also includes clue cards for the 44 different landmarks featured in the set, a record sheet for the Caller and instructions for how to play the game.
This game is an excellent resource to use to teach students about Australia’s landmarks.

Early Explorers of Australia Title Pages - Dampier Tasman Hartog Cook
This resource is a ten page PDF document containing designs to be used for title pages for a unit on the early explorers of Australia.
The first four worksheets have one explorer on each - William Dampier, James Cook, Abel Tasman and Dirk Hartog. The final page has all four explorers on it. There are also colour versions of these title pages included.
Students can either colour the worksheet and glue it into their book or place it underneath the page and trace the design, then colour their work. Teachers can also just print off the pages in colour for students if preferred.
The title pages are suitable for A4 workbooks but of course can easily be reduced or enlarged on the photocopier to suit the size of other workbooks.

The Endeavour Voyage Fold-a-Book Activity - Captain James Cook
This resource is a PDF file of an activity where students can make a concertina-style book about James Cook’s Endeavour Voyage of 1768-1771.
This resource is one page long. The students cut out and fold the page to create the book. There are instructions given at the top of the page.
Four pages of the book detail the main facts of James Cook’s voyage of discovery. The other two pages of the book provide some background information about James Cook and the HMS Endeavour.
When the book is completed, it is designed to be glued into the student’s workbook on the last page.
This activity is a fun way for students to learn a little bit more about Captain Cook and was designed to use with the Australian Curriculum History K-10 Syllabus.

This resource is a PDF file of a written test for Kindergarten which assesses the movement concepts of pushing and pulling, bouncing, sliding, spinning and rolling.
This test is two pages long. On the first page students have to distinguish between whether the pictures are showing the force of pushing or pulling. On the second page students have to draw and label an object for the following movement concepts: roll, spin, slide and bounce.
