The brief: “I have been asked to make a stuffed toy in my choice of style, suitable for customers of my chosen charity, but using at least 25% recycled materials. This is the newly updated (2022) award-winning Upper KS3 project. This package has everything you need to teach your upper KS3 pupils how to design, make while also learning real world hand skills directly linked to repairing clothes. The brief: “You have been asked to design and make a stuffed toy in your choice of style, suitable for customers/users of your choice. To reduce the environmental damage it must use at least 25% recycled materials.” It was created for a full 20 week project but could be reduced for shorter rotations.
