BTEC Level 3 HSC - Unit 3 Anatomy and Physiology Jan and June 2018 exam paper analysis activities

(0)
After your students have sat the past paper as a mock, the Jan 2018 paper, this is an activity that takes them, step by step through analysising each question and the possible answers. Additional activities will get them thinking about how the knowledge could be applied to other question/answers and anticipating possible questions they may be asked in the real exam and plan how they would be best answered. It incorporates sections from the Pearson’s exam report and analysis for this particular exam paper too. A teachers copy will allow you to project practice exam questions on the board to check their own answers Again, when they have sat the June 2019 paper, this resource can be used in conjunction with their marked papers to encourage them to walk through it, step by step to analyse their own answers and it incorporates the exam board feedback so students get a broad picture. Included then are activities and practice exam questions for them to work through and get them anticipating questions they maybe asked and plan how to answer them. There is a 2nd teachers copy with all the practice questions answered so you don’t need to use your own brain! it’s all there and could even be given as a homework or revision activity for students to work through independently. This package has a completed revision sheet, two pages and a blank one for students to add the detail. I suggest this second sheet is enlarged to A3 so they have room to write in the boxes. To go with it there is a step-by-step PowerPoint to educate about each box so it is not just a copying exercise. This presentation has accompanying video’s to aid understanding. It is a word document and not Pdf so you have the option of adapting it to your teaching style and the level learners are working at; from GCSE Psychology to A’Level or BTEC Level 3 revision.
