We also discuss Christmas traditions and practices in our home and other countries, and this gives an additional opportunity to add words and phrases they can use in their own word searches. There is an answer key for each word search, so that learners can check their answers - or use for a little extra help if they need it, For me, answer keys are essential, as they not only provide learners with an additional opportunity to engage with language, but they also help them develop more independence in their learning.
