By adding many pictures, photos, maps and diagrams and a video link, the course becomes more accessible to all ability pupils. This unit is about lawlessness and law and order in the West: new settlements issues with lawlessness (example of Abilene - a cow town), impact of the Civil War (deserters, outlaws, the Reno Gang).
