I have created this escape room for the end of year, to still be able to have students working but to do something a bit more fun with them.
I am going to use it with year 12 but it would be good revision at the start of year 13 as well.
The escape room has 10 puzzles that students have to solve. Give them the first one and check that they have the correct code, then keep giving them in order as they complete each one. There is a slide with the instructions in the Power Point
The topics that the 10 puzzles cover are:
The present tense - regular verbs
The present tense - irregular verbs
Ser and estar
Preterite vs. imperfect.
Future tense
Conditional sentences
Present perfect
Por and para
Direct and indirect object pronouns
Verbs linked to prepositions
The resource comes with 2 files:
Escape Room (PPT file - editable version).
Escape Room (PDF file - not editable).
If you like this product, I would really appreciate it if you leave a review.

This is a homework booklet that I have created for my year 7 Spanish group based on the textbook Viva 1 (Módulo 2). I always struggle with marking homework, so I thought this could be an easy way for students to do homework and it is very easy for them to mark (while I am doing the register, for example).
I also think it is important to differentiate homework as not all students can cope with the same activities. This is why I thought of this system. In my school, we have a points system. If students do nice things, they get points and at the end of the year the students with the most points get different rewards. With this homework booklet, students can earn points by doing more. Each page relates to one unit of the book and it has at least (some have more) three activities:
· The activities with a blue star are the easiest and they are worth one achievement point (as we call them).
· The activities with a green star are a bit more challenging and are worth two points.
· The activities with a yellow star (aim at different abilities) are extra, students complete them only if they want to. They are worth one point. Obviously the more activities they do at home the more points they can get.
Attached with this resource you will find the homework booklet (in .ppt and pdf so you can edit things if you want to) and also a ppt with all the answers that you can easily show on the board for students to mark themselves.
I hope this is useful! I am making one per module that I will be uploading soon! Bear with me!
Thanks,
@mflresources
