This unit introduces pupils to the vocabulary associated with New Year Resolutions and the use of ‘WERDEN’ to form the future tense. This is one of four units consisting of a variety of interactive reading, listening and writing activities. Pupils are encouraged to seek and identify patterns in language, to use cognates to understand text, to discuss their language learning and to acquire memorising techniques.

A comprehensive series of multimedia materials to support the teaching of the GCSE Design and Technology Textiles Technology course. The materials can be downloaded as a complete Moodle course or as individual elements. The bilingual resources include video clips, animations, text and quizzes within Moodle and can be used on an interactive whiteboard for whole class teaching or by students on individual computers. This unit introduces pupils to Spanish structures used to give advice on keeping fit and healthy, with the focus on the use of the infinitive and the imperative. One of four units consisting of a variety of interactive reading, listening and writing activities, including a ‘Medical Test’ and an interactive ‘Aerobics Class’, the main focus is on the development of skills and language learning strategies. Pupils are encouraged to seek and identify patterns in language, to discuss their language learning and to use the language creatively.

This interactive resource is designed to extend pupils knowledge of Food Chains and feeding relationships. Pupils revise the terms 'Producer' and &'Consumer&';. A link is provided to a revision video for food chains. Pupils introduced to multiple food chains and shown how they can be produced more accurately as a web. Pupils encouraged to complete information based on food webs from the countryside and from a pond/river. Pupils finally produce their own food web based on a tropical rainforest ecosystem.

A series of lessons introducing drama for the first time to secondary school pupils. The purpose of the work is to develop the pupils’ self confidence and as the lessons develop individual work will develop into working with a partner and then into group work. New techniques will be introduced during this process e.g. still images and mime. The last task will be a group presentation. This interactive resource supports the teaching of appraising by concentrating on one of the 8 elements of music - pitch. Through careful and focussed listening they will identify differences in pitch. Visual illustrations are used to show different pitch patterns. The aim is to enable pupils to begin recognising subtle changes in pitch in order for them to appraise pieces of music more accurately.

A series of resources including video, animation and whiteboard materials that address the skills, knowledge and understanding of how science works within the GCSE specifications. The unit requires pupils to explore information about the causes of the destruction of habitat and reduced biodiversity including the effects of pollution on the river environment. Examples show how invertebrates can be used to determine pollution levels and how the levels of nitrate/oxygen in water samples can affect organisms.

This cross curricular set of interactive resources surround the story of Goldilocks. The resources are designed to allow very young children to work independently where possible, with most resources having audio support. They are also particularly suitable for use on an interactive whiteboard.
