Noah Barleywater runs away scheme of work 6 weeks of work 5 lessons each

6 weeks of lessons for 5 lessons in each week for teaching Noah Barleywater runs away, potentially a book that can be a little dry and boring for the child! so I have designed some fun and engaging lessons on my weekends…and they went down a treat with my class! assessment criterias and structures for letter writing etc… don’t spend your saturdays on extensive planning like I did!

I have created a scheme of work, 5 lessons for each 6 weeks for the book Into the Forest, each lesson is engaging and exciting and I have trialled it in the lessons. I also have success and assessment criteria and focused on the targets of Year 3 and Year 4. No need for you to look for resources every Saturday, like I had to!

Don’t spend more time then you have to working at home! I have planned English and Maths Year 3 homework, for 6 weeks. English homework has exciting tasks for pupils to describe and use similes, whilst maths is a combination of volume, mass, litres, numbers and measurement. It won’t take too long for the children at home and it will reinforce learning.
