French Internet, technology, les nouvelles technologies (4 worksheets)
Four worksheets on the topic of Internet, communication and technology.
Resource 1: Introduces vocabulary for talking about the advantages and disadvantages of different types of technology with translation practice, a sentence builder and a reading comprehension.
Resource 2: This worksheet is on the risks and benefits of the Internet and staying safe online with vocabulary and translation exercises and two reading tasks.
Resource 3: This resource is on the topic of technology and communication and includes some verb gap-fill tasks and a short writing question with a model answer that contains errors to find.

French GCSE Family Relations: Les ados et les parents (Reading, Translation & Writing)
A standalone worksheet on Family Relations that begins with an accessible reading and is followed by language/ translation task that will scaffold pupils’ own answers to this question.

A resource I have used with my 6th Form groups as part of the A Level course to prepare them for the translation component. There is a reference sheet/ revision sheet of key verbal constructions and their prepositions in Spanish. There is also lots of translation practice and nearly every one of these sentences requires pupils to choose one of the prepositional constructions. GCSE Spanish work experience la experienca laboral: reading comprehension & revision
Two resources to introduce work experience to pupils. The first resource is vocabulary rich and is structured as a language mat to allow pupils to build up orally or in writing what they did for their work experience.
The second resources is a reading activity. There are sentences in Spanish which give opinions about work experience and pupils must decide if they are positive or negative. There is also a gap-fill which pupils can use as model for their own answers.
GCSE Spanish las asignaturas: School subjects & opinions writing & structures mat
This is a vocabulary builder for teaching school subjects and opinions that will allow pupils to make progress quickly. The language mat contains all the vocabulary needed for pupils to be able to write and talk about their subjects and the activities are incremental and will engage pupils actively with the vocabulary. There is a plenary activity of reading in Spanish, translation into Spanish and a short writing question. This plenary allows pupils to demonstrate the progress made in lessons or can be used as a test or revision activity.

This is a reading comprehension task to stretch pupils in KS3 or to introduce the core vocabulary for this topic at GCSE (House & Home). Me presento / Introducing myself & question words - GCSE Spanish
Me presento: A lesson to bridge the gap from KS3 to KS4, recapping basic questions, answers and introducing yourself. I often use this in my first lesson of the GCSE course.
The resource revises dates & numbers in Spanish, a key-question match up with translation, a review of key interrogatives, a short reading activity and some translation work with a sentence builder. The final exercise is a short writing question in which pupils introduce themselves and their family in Spanish (90 words).
