Run-on sentences is one the most common errors students make in their writing. This lesson will focuses on how to correct them. The students will learn ways to help properly write two complete sentences (independent clauses) in one sentence by using the correct punctuation and conjunctions. It is based on an extract from the Sally Rooney novel, Normal People. My students enjoyed it. Aimed at grade 4-6 students.
