Lesson offers an opportunity to consolidate learning on Chapter 2: Stalemate Students are instructed to work in groups and create a 'Draw My Life' piece of work on a3/a2 sheets. Activity allows students to develop collaborative skills, as well as delegation etc. Lesson finishes with an 8 mark write an account question on the importance of Verdun and the Somme. Guidance is attached on how to achieve the best grade.
