This paper is constructed and is based on exploration of the natural world. This might work particularly well for boys as it is engaging (and a little gruesome, in parts). The questions follow the style of the Edexcel specimen assessment materials and I’ve also included a detailed indicative content to work with the mark scheme so that this is useful for parents, homeschooled learners, PRUs, tutors, independent students and teachers alike. A complete 4 week Transition or Introductory Unit of work for KS3. This is engaging with lots of interesting activities to complete and ending with the creation of a 'Detective Game Board'.
