An entire lesson on the often examined topic of product of primes. The powerpoint introduces prime numbers and then goes onto using the tree method to write a whole number as a product of primes. The resources is fully differentiated using a star system and students can write on the resource, ensuring that their work is neat and easy to assess.

This is write-on resource which can be used in multiple ways: as a classwork task, homework task, weekly assessment or revision aid in the run up to assessments. There are 18 quick, "must know" questions for low ability foundation GCSE students of any age. There is a section at the foot of the resource for a score and a comment which students can act upon. Using multiple resources will build up a profile of which topics students need to review to enhance their learning.

This is an entire lesson ready to deliver to Year 12 A level mathematicians. The powerpoint has differentiated lesson objectives for your planning and then takes students through the basics of index theory. This is based on the edexcel specification and will allow students to become grounded in the skills that they will need in their studies of calculus. The excel worksheet is then printed and students can be guided to the level of work that they feel most comfortable with.
