Here is a resource from my Learning Disabilities tool bag. I used it when I taught Resource class years ago and I still use it today in my elementary Media Center with all the kiddos!
This is a self correcting puzzle template which is great for making your own MATCHING GAMES.
For example, put a math problem on the left side of the puzzle and the answer on the right. Write up eight of these, cut them out, and you have a matching puzzle game.
Good for things like geometry shapes/names, upper/lowercase letters, science definitions, word families.
It makes a great Center addition. Make colorful copies available for your students in Center time and let them create their own games.

This story planning sheet encourages students to write and/or draw the beginning, middle and end of their story.
I have used this successfully with K-4th grade students. Students with special needs are able to draw their ideas while I circulate. They can then dictate their sentence when I sit with them.

I've included instructions how to type on the cards yourself, using Adobe Acrobat Professional, to make your own games.
There are 8 different monster cards to make the game as a loop, where it does not matter who starts. However, I did include a START and END card if you wish to format your game in that way.
One set of cards has color monster clip art on a white background for economical printing.
The second set of cards is the same, but with B&W monsters for photocopying.
If you need more cards, simply save this as different file names to work on.
These cards are made as 1 to a full page. When printing, you can choose the option to print 4 to a page which makes these a great game size and saves ink.
Students use this Summary Train to write a brief summary about a book.
They draw themselves as the conductor and enter the title and author in the train engine. Then, on the cars, they complete First, Next, and Last prompts about the story. Color, cut and glue.
Comes with two versions - with different writing line options.
This reproducible is a print and go activity. Students choose a book about inventions to read from. They cite their source by finding the information prompted, write about some interesting facts and draw and label an invention on the back.
