A fun, detective-style drugs in sport lesson. Delegate one prison officer per table who has to explain the pros/cons of taking a specific drug. Students will have to look at the suspects on the table and discuss if that drug would be used in their sport and if so what perceived benefit would it give. Students rotate round to three different tables.

A great way to keep students engaged in fitness and break away from the stereotypical old-school style fitness lessons! Students will have to pick a range of food off the menu, log how many calories each item has and burn off those calories with specific exercises. Easily differentiated.
