Hints and tips on how to fall asleep and get good quality sleep. This is not a lesson as such. However students who are short of sleep find it very very difficult to learn, so hopefully this will help them. I wrote this as one of my colleagues (yes he is a teacher!) is having a problem sleeping, and several of my students complain about not being able to sleep / lack of sleep. This is a highly entertaining Christmas lesson full of fun activities. Complete and ready to use. It also includes a fully explained activity where students build and fire simple catapults made from lolly (popsicle) sticks. This is done in the classroom (no need to go outside). You do not need to know how to build the catapult, the lesson carefully guides students so they can do it without help !
