Work pack suitable for home learning or in school. Includes 8 activities suitable for KS2 children.
Children have the opportunity to research and respond to artwork by Henri Rousseau.
Children will give their opinions on artwork and consider what influenced his style and techniques.
Children will develop art techniques such a drawing with detail, experimenting with colour tones and positioning objects in the background, midground and foreground to create an illusion of depth.
Finally, children will produce their own version of Rousseau’s Rainforest and evaluate.
A Unit of work suitable for whole class reading sessions, or as a remote learning activity pack.
Closely follows the text ‘The Great Fire of London’ by Emma Adams.
